Code in the Dark
Finally! It's time for a code in the dark at Demando!
What is Code in the Dark?
Code in the dark is a competition where you have 15 minutes to recreate a design using only HTML and CSS without any aids (such as autocomplete, google, etc). Not only that, you don't get to see the result until the time is up! During the evening, we will run about 4 sessions (with pair programming) with four different images.
When the timer beeps and 15 minutes have passed, everyone will vote on which image they think matches the original the most, and the one with the most votes is the winner of the group. The winners from each group will then meet in the grand final!
Come as you are, or with a colleague and/or friend and meet other developers.
But leave the prestige at home and come here and have fun!
We will of course offer both food and drinks during the evening! The doors open at 17.30 and we plan to start with the first group at 18.00.
